Grants are for eligible small businesses across the US, particularly in historically underserved communities hit hard by the pandemic. Eligible expenses for the grant include:

• Paying rent and utilities

• Meeting payroll

• Paying outstanding debt to vendors

• Upgrading technology infrastructure

• Other immediate operational costs
