The HOPE Program empowers New Yorkers to build sustainable futures through comprehensive training, jobs, advancement and lifelong career support.   We are currently accepting referrals and applications for our upcoming HOPEworks classes that begin on 6/15. HOPE is free for participants. HOPEworks - Starts June 15th (Must apply by 6/11)

  • 5-6 week remote training for individuals interested in various career pathways, including maintenance, administrative, animal care, retail, food industry, and customer service

  • Employment Placement for full-time and part-time positions

  • Industry certifications, such as OSHA-10 General Industry 

  • Additional skills training and services, including digital literacy, work wellness, and financial literacy

  • Job retention and career advancement support, including incentives, ongoing coaching, advanced training, and tax prep services

Program Requirements

  • Applicants must be 18 years or older and legally eligible to work in the US

  • Attend full-time program, Monday through Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

  • No diploma or HSE/GED required
