Do you have questions about Housing Court? Get All Your Questions Answered

One of the major issues that we, at Africans Help Desk, have been inundated with, over the past few months, has been housing court, and what is happening there. People are afraid that their landlords will evict them, and in some cases, are receiving some threatening letters, simply because they have not been able to pay their rent. Here is your opportunity to get some of the questions answered.

Join Housing Court Answers (HCA) and Ellen Davidson of the Legal Aid Society to learn about what is currently happening in the NYC Housing Courts and what the New York State Eviction Moratorium covers. We will also discuss the Hardship Declaration.
